Spot's Birthday Party! October 3: We're 2.5!

To celebrate Graham and Julia's 2.5 year birthdays, we took them to see Spot's Birthday Party at Glen Echoe park. It's such a beautiful, fun place to go, with a wide variety of entertainment: puppet shows, a carousel (closed for the season), plays, music, and, on this special day, a ballroom dancing contest.

"Look at all of the Princesses, Mommy!" Julia could not keep her eyes off of the dancer wearing the pink ballroom gown.

Spot's Birthday Party was a romp--with no apparent direction. Graham sat back and took it all in, while Julia joined in a few of the dances with the 'animals' ... and Mame (thank you Mame!) captured some of us on film.
