A birthday party at Wheaton Park introduced us to the carousel ... Graham and Julia had a great time riding up and down (I just got dizzy!)...they are still talking about the "horsies" ...
Enjoy the snaps!

Thomas the Tank at the B&O Museum
Friday was eventful, as we'd long anticipated going to ride on Thomas the Tank at the B&O museum in Baltimore. And what fun it was...
We rode for about 20 minutes on a train which had transformed the front engine to resemble Thomas the Tank. The museum is in a dicey part of Baltimore. To avoid robberies, we presumed, several motorcycle cops rode beside the train as it chugged past rusted out trains, a junkyard, and enough graffiti on the sides of torn down buildings to fill an encyclopedia from A to Z.
When we finished our ride, we strolled inside the museum, where old steam engines were displayed in a large semi-circle. One point of interest was Mr. Toppenhat...in a creepy costume worn by a person (or automon, since he didn't move), well, apparently he could Not move in it without guidance, as he had to be escorted out to the viewing area. Kind of like a Pillsbury doughboy, but not as appealing ;)

What? No bears allowed on the train?

Two! We're Two!
There is so much to catch up on, photos to upload, you name it...
On April 3, 2010, Graham Johnson and Julia Grace turned TWO! And in style...well, Toddler Style!
We tossed a fun party, around 18 kiddies came with their parents...
Fairy Sherri came to pain faces and entertain the children, and a moonbounce kept the wee ones busy ... while dads watched and grinned from the sidelines, beer in hand, knowing that their children would take long naps after bouncing around so much!
Pizza, sandwiches, cupcakes...Gramma Grace and Auntie Annie and Sarah, our cousin, all made the day a special family event...
Photos to follow.
